Professional Experience:
- Over 20 years of service as a Christian Marriage and Family Therapist serving the Houston community
- Coordinator of the Family Team Services at Julianna Poor Memorial Counseling Center of Houston’s First Baptist Church - develops and presents parenting seminars, and supports the Foster/Adoptive Family Ministry
- Has led workshops for parents and therapists using Play Therapy and Theraplay® materials in the United States, South Africa, Russia, Norway, Latvia, England, and Denmark
- In 2009, completed supervision work with Latvian family therapists to meet certification standards of the
